Bank Holidays Single Occupancy Children Pets Welcome All reservations are only accepted by Plumtree House once we have sent a formal acknowledgement and we are in possession of either a £40.00 deposit or the full amount of the cost of your stay. We reserve the right to refuse online bookings if a room or rooms have been manually allocated by Plumtree House. |

Cancellation / Curtailment policy
If you cancel or curtail any part of your stay within 1 week of arrival we may charge up to the full value of your visit. If you fail to take up the accommodation by the time agreed by yourself, without prior arrangement with Plumtree House then the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We may also charge you a cancellation fee. If we have to cancel your reservation, we will give a full refund or rearrange your stay for another date. Our liability will be limited to the cost of the accommodation booked at Plumtree House and does not include any other costs incurred by you.
