Bank Holidays A minimum booking of two nights Single Occupancy We do let either a double or twin room for single occupancy but the tariff is per room and not per person Children Children under the age of twelve are charged at half price if occupying a Family room. Pets Welcome A one off charge of £5.00 per pet. We are always happy to accept telephone bookings, please call us on 015395 68774 All reservations are only accepted by Plumtree House once we have sent a formal acknowledgement and we are in possession of either a £40.00 deposit or the full amount of the cost of your stay. We reserve the right to refuse online bookings if a room or rooms have been manually allocated by Plumtree House. Cancellation / curtailment policy: If you cancel or curtail any part of your stay within 1 week of arrival we may charge up to the full value of your visit. If you fail to take up the accommodation by the time agreed by yourself, without prior arrangement with Plumtree House then the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We may also charge you a cancellation fee. If we have to cancel your reservation, we will give a full refund or rearrange your stay for another date. Our liability will be limited to the cost of the accommodation booked at Plumtree House and does not include any other costs incurred by you.  |
